Winneshiek County - Jail Detention and Security Upgrades

The replacement of security electronics and essential detention hardware components associtaed with the followingsystems within the existing jail which is approximately a 14,400 square foot facility.The systems integration components are: CCTV / integrated graphic user interface (GUI), plumbing and lighting controls in detention areas, PLC and door controls, intercoms, card access, and duress systems. The primary objective will be the reconfiguration of the central control room into a fully integrated environment with the establishment of a center console (island) configuration.

Clarke County Hospital - Laboratory Relocation

Renovate currently vacant space within the hospital (formally occupied by Physical Therapy) to provide new space for the CLinical Laboratory. Work includes demolition, reusing existing walls as well as new partitions, new doors / frames, new ceilings, new lighting and power, new mechanical systems (serviced by existing building infrastructure, and new plumbing systems. Modifications to the second floor include opening existing chases and create new to accomofate replacing existing ducts and adding new. Tie ins to primary distribution ductwork will be made in the existing Penthouse above. The owner will self-perform some work.
